Chateau Architects + Builders is a family owned and operated business based in Castle Hill, in Sydney’s North West. Chateau has been providing an alternative to the traditional model of bespoke home creation since it began back in 1970.
Chateau is an in-house team of architects, cost consultants and builders working collaboratively through all stages of a project’s development. The team draws on the skills, knowledge and experience from across all the building disciplines to constantly improve each project.
Chateau’s highly integrated model delivers earlier cost control, significant time and cost efficiencies, clearer communication and better co-ordination of services. It allows the assurance of a fixed price tender to be established for each project at developed design stage, well before the DA process begins and thus greater confidence for all its clients. Equally important, from a client’s perspective, is clear information at every stage, a single vision from concept to completion, hence less confusion and better value.
Every Chateau design represents a complete property solution, a concept incorporating the design of the home, landscaping, pool, courtyard, water features and more, to explore the full amenity and value of each project. Chateau’s aim is not just to create premium homes tailored to each owner, but to ensure each home represents value for money.
Chateau provides a comprehensive service including the architectural design, tendering, Council DA submission and management of the approvals process and the construction of bespoke homes. Chateau also offers ‘design-only’ services, or ‘tender-and-construction’ only services (of externally produced designs), but the majority of projects are full service ‘idea to occupancy’ engagements.
